Dr. Chadwick graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1996. After serving three years in the Navy, Dr. Chadwick joined Dr. Hudson in 1999. Her post graduation certification includes a Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry (F.A.A.O).
Dr. Chadwick moved to Powell Butte with her husband, Norm in 2001. They have two daughters, Grace and Lilly.
